Before you exfoliate, increase your calm with a steamy hot shower, sauna, or bath for 20 min to soften skin. Rinse off all soap and oil residues. Step away from running water. Your skin should be warm and lightly hydrated.

TIP | The warmer your skin and the longer you soak, the more effectively you'll peel.

DEEP HEALING EXFOLIATION

Wet your BODY SÓL™ Glove with hot water and squeeze out the excess. Note that the glove may shrink slightly during the first use. Rub back and forth using only vertical or horizontal motions. Watch your dead skin peel away! (Do not use soap or oils)

TIP | Avoid exfoliating directly under the stream of water. Begin at your ankles and work your way up. Do not rinse off dead skin during exfoliation; it aids the process. Rinse away dead skin after exfoliating each section. When exfoliating your face, apply gentle pressure to your T-zone and lips.

EXFOLIATING TIPS

For optimal beard care, it's best to exfoliate before shaving. Exfoliating before shaving lifts the hairs, allowing the razor to glide effortlessly and smoothly across the skin, reducing the risk of tugging and ensuring a painless shave.

When exfoliating the face, remember that facial skin is more sensitive and delicate than the rest of your body, requiring a particularly gentle touch. Exfoliation clears away dirt and dead skin, unclogging pores and allowing the razor to glide more easily. This helps prevent ingrown hairs, razor bumps, blackheads, and acne.

Wait 24 hours before applying self-tanner, tanning in the sun, shaving, or waxing.

EXFOLIATING THE FACE

Nose: Gently exfoliate the bridge and sides of your nose.

Cheeks: Gently swipe along your cheekbones, moving outward towards your temples. Avoid the delicate eye area.

Forehead, Chin, and Lips: Use gentle horizontal or vertical motions.

EarsExfoliate the skin behind your earlobes with gentle strokes.

Neck: Gently swipe down the sides and center of the neck to drain your lymphatic system. Delicately swipe up the sides and center of the neck to tone.

EXFOLIATING THE BEARD

Start by splashing your face with warm water to open the pores and soften dry or dead skin. Wet your silk exfoliant with warm water. Using gentle pressure, exfoliate your beard and apply outward motions on your cheeks, horizontally across your forehead, and vertically along your nose and under your chin. Rinse with cold water to close the pores, then pat dry.

Extraordinary care for the extraordinary human. Look your best, mates!
